Jackson Township Zoning Commission Agenda

All meetings of the Jackson Township Zoning Commission are public meetings conducted at the Township Hall, 3756 Hoover Road, Grove City, Ohio.  Meetings begin at 7:00pm. 

The re-zoning process involves multiple public hearings beginning first with the Franklin County Planning Commission, then the Jackson Township Zoning Commission that provide recommendations and decision to the Jackson Township Board of Trustees that have the final hearing and decision on matters of re-zoning.

Re-zoning Application  #Jack-02-08 for property at 6205 Hoover Road.  Request to rezone from "Rural Residential (R) District" to "Community Service (CS) Commercial District" for the purpose of operating a commercial automotive repair facility.

Note:  this application is also before the Franklin County Planning Commission on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2008 at 1:30pm at the Franklin County Courthouse Auditorium, 1st floor located at 373 South High Street in Columbus, Ohio.
