Jackson Township Trustees
The Jackson Township Board of
Trustees consists of three elected Trustees and
one Fiscal Officer responsible for governing the
affairs and functions of the township. While
Township officials fill their offices on a
part-time basis, they are always ready to meet
their responsibilities face-to-face and are able
to deal effectively with modern problems because
of their intimate knowledge of the community,
its needs and its people. Township government in
Ohio generally offer more personal service, more
attention to individual needs and a better
understanding of local problems than any other
unit of local government.
STUDENT GOVERNMENT DAY
In coordination with the City of Grove City and
the Southwestern City Schools District, the
Jackson Township Trustees participate in the
annual Student Government Day. This event
provides students at Grove City, Central
Crossing and Grove City Christian High Schools
the opportunity to role-play and interact with
the various elected and appointed positions
throughout city and township government.
