Regular Public Meeting

Regular Public Meetings of the Board of Trustees occur twice monthly on every other Tuesday of each month with dates and times as listed in the schedule below.  Note that an open Caucus Session begins :45 minutes prior to the start of the Regular Public Meeting:

2008 Trustees Meeting Schedule

Note Meeting location change for March 4, 2008.  Trustee meeting will be conducted at the Fire Station #202 located at 3650 Hoover Road at 1:30pm.

Special & Emergency Meetings

Special and Emergency Meetings of the Board will be held at the call of any two members of the Board or by the Chairman, specifying the date, time, location and purpose of the meeting.  Unless otherwise provided, Special Meetings will be held at the same location as Regular Meetings.  The Fiscal Officer shall give notice of the date, time, location and purpose of a Special Meeting in the same manner as the posting for notice of Regular Meeting with notice to the media at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
