Learn to save a life. Jackson Township Division of Fire firefighter/paramedic and American Heart Association-certified CPR instructor Brad Mathias will teach CPR from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. June 22, 2016 at Station 202 — 3650 Hoover Road.

Mathias will teach how to aid choking victims, mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and CPR techniques. Students will learn special methods for helping unconscious victims and choking infants and children. All who successfully complete the course will earn CPR certification cards.

“Firefighter/paramedic Brad Mathias is very knowledgeable, but just as important, he has wit and a great sense of humor,” said Assistant Township Administrator Lynn Bruno. “Brad surely will help students learn and have fun at the same time.”
