Franklin County Public Health continues nitrate advisory

Franklin County Public Health officials continue to respond to needs resulting from the June 8, 2015 nitrate water advisory issued by the Columbus Department of Public Utilities affecting residents in the areas noted on this interactive map: http://arcg.is/1HQZDe1.

Those at risk are pregnant women and infants under 6 months of age who should not drink tap water if they are in the advisory area. FCPH is providing bottled water to those at risk who cannot obtain safe drinking water from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. every day (including the weekend) at Westland Mall, 4141 W. Broad St., throughout the nitrate advisory period.
