Jackson Township Fiscal Officer

The Township Fiscal Officer is the Chief Financial Officer of the Township with responsibilities to manage the accounts for the tax revenues, banking, expenditures and deposits of the township.  

William Forrester – Mr. Forrester was elected as the Fiscal Officer in 2007 and assumed office on April 1, 2008.   Mr. Forrester received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting from the Ohio State University and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1987; he is currently in inactive status.  Mr. Forrester served 38 years with American Electric Power in various accounting roles retiring in 2003 as the head of the Rates & Regulation Department.  Mr. Forrester is an active member of First Presbyterian Church of Grove City and the Grove City / Columbus Elks Lodge #37.  He is married to Diana Hannon Forrester and they have four children and three grandchildren.  Mr. Forrester has lived in the Grove City area since 1978.
