Michael Lilly – Mr. Lilly has been employed as the Jackson Township Administrator since May 1996. He attended the Ohio State University prior to joining the U.S. Navy and later received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and Masters of Science Degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS.   Mr. Lilly is a member of the American Planning Association, International City Manager's Association, American Public Works Association and the Ohio Township Association.  In 2006, Mr. Lilly retired from 24 years of service in the U.S. Navy holding the rank of Chief Petty Officer.  A resident of Jackson Township since 1996, he and his wife Laura have two children and are active members of the St. Thomas More Newman Center at the Ohio State University.
